About the Ichimoku Kinko Hyo
This feature suggests the market's sentiment by showing the prevailing trend as it relates to current price momentum. The interpretation is simple: When a pair remains attractive in the market or is bought up, the span will rise and hover above the price action. Let's break down the best method of trading the Ichimoku cloud technique.
With that established, we look to the Tenkan and Kijun Sen. As mentioned above, these two indicators act as a moving average crossover, with the Tenkan representing a short-term moving average and the Kijun acting as the baseline.
As a result, the Tenkan dips below the Kijun, signaling a decline in price action. However, with the crossover occurring within the cloud at Point A in Figure 5, the signal remains unclear and will need to be clear of the cloud before an entry can be considered.
We can also confirm the bearish sentiment through the Chikou Span, which at this point remains below the price action. If the Chikou was above the price action, it would confirm bullish sentiment.
Putting it all together, we are now looking for a short position in our U. As a result, we will be entering at Point B on our chart. Here, we have a confirmed break of the cloud as the price action stalls on a support level at The trader can now either opt to place the entry at the support figure of Placing the order one point below would act as confirmation that the momentum is still in place for another move lower.
Subsequently, we place the stop just above the high of the candle within the cloud formation. In this example, it would be at Point C or The price action should not trade above this price if the momentum remains. Therefore, we have an entry at In keeping with sound money management , the trade will require a minimum of a 1: In our example, we will maintain a 2: This equates to roughly pips and a 2: One key note to remember: A bullish signal occurs when the price crosses from below to above the Kijun Sen A weak bullish signal occurs when the cross is below the Kumo.

Can you please explain what is the function of Virtual take profit pips and Virtual stop loss pips? The TP and SL are hidden from your broker. If the markets moves fast, the EA will maybe close the trade some pips more in profit e. I bought the Ichimoku EA Pro. I intended to have it attached to an M1 chart for long positions and at the same time attached to another M1 chart of the same asset for short positions.
The same asset, the same timeframe, one chart for long positions, the other for short positions. Assign different magic numbers to each of the charts. Hi , I bought the ichimoku ea Pro but when i back tested this EA , the result was not good and i used the defult of the this EA , So can you say to me wich setting is the best and profitable in M5 time frame?
I do not provide any settings. Please use the strategy tester to optimize the EA. You have to use the strategy tester to optimize it. I do not provide backtest. But you will find some in the forum. I have noticed that the money management is not working. I have set MM — True and Risk 3. If your account balance is small, the EA trades the minimum lotSize which in your case is 0.
What is your account balance? The lotSize is calculated based on the SL. If you have a large SL like , it is normal that the lotSize is low. You can increase the MM or set the lotSize manually if you want. This exit strategy closes the trade immediately and does not wait for a new candle to confirm the exit. No, you do not need to set a TP. But you can also only use a Trailing Function. The Ichimoku EA offers you all these possibilities.
